Bareilly Development Authority has invited the online application for the its most ambitious New Housing Scheme 2022 under the name of Ramganga Nagar Awas Yojana. In this scheme, the authority is offering total 714 residential plots which are located in Indraprastha Inclave Sector- 6,7,8 and 12. The interested applicants can apply for this scheme through the both online and offline mode. The registration process of BDA Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme 2022 has been started from 02/05/2022 and the last date of application form submission is 31/05/2022.

According to the scheme, the authority is offering total 714 residential plots for the general public. The interested applicants can apply for this scheme through the both online and offline mode. The applicants will have to fulfill following criteria for applying this scheme .
1. The applicant must be a resident of India.
2. The applicant must be completed his or her age of 18 years old till the end of the application form submission date.
3. Individual Owner.
4. Private or Ltd. Company ( Registered under Companies Act.).
5. Company /Partnership Company/Society (Registered under Company-Society Act.).
6. Registered Co-Operative Society (Registered under Co-Operative Society Act.).
7. The applicant will have to present residential proof like - ration card, electricity bill, telephone bill and other residential proof.

The applicants can apply for this scheme through the online or offline mode. The interested applicants can obtained the registration form by paying the cash payment of Rs 590/- from the authority office and authorized bank branch of Axis Bank, Branch 148, Civil Lines Bareilly.

According to the scheme the allotment will be done throught the lottery draw system. In this process the authority will anounce the draw result after the completion of scheme registration process. The plot allotment will be given to the seleted applicants through the lottery draw.
